Enchantments are spells that you cast on equipment using enchantment scrolls. Enchantments give 1-3 percentage and/or flat bonuses to random stats on individual equipment, but also give heroes percentage stat bonuses and special abilities if you have 2 or 4 pieces of equipment with the same enchantment equipped on the same hero.

Icon Name 2-Set Bonus 4-Set Bonus Clarifications

Icon Enchant Star Meteor Crit +7% When attacking heroes with HP > 60%, all damage dealt after entering battle +20%.

Icon Enchant Time Clock ATK/INT +5% When dealing skill damage, 30% chance to decrease cooldown by 5 turns.
Icon Enchant Moon Full Moon ATK/INT +5% When HP > 80%, all offensive and defensive stats +10%.
Icon Enchant Magic Magic ATK/INT +5% Skill damage +10%. AoE Skill damage increases by an extra 5%. Affects physical and magic damage.
Icon Enchant Wave Rough Sea ATK/INT +5% When attacking and entering battle, ATK +10% and damage taken -15%. Only when you attack the enemy on your turn.
Icon Enchant Leaf Crystal DEF/MDEF +5% Healing +20%. Affects healing given not received.
Icon Enchant Rock Hard Rock DEF/MDEF +5% When attacked and HP < 50%, 50% chance to restore 15% HP after battle. Restores both troop and hero HP.
Icon Enchant Ice Ice DEF/MDEF +5% When attacked, 20% chance to freeze the attacker for 1 turn after battle.
Icon Enchant Iron Steel HP +10% Damage taken -10%.
Icon Enchant Bram Thorns HP +10% When attacked, 30% chance to reflect damage taken by 50%.
Icon Enchant Tree Tree of Life HP +10% For allies within 2 blocks, DEF/MDEF +5%. Also affects the hero with the enchantment.

Note that 2-set bonuses from 2 different enchantments will stack and, in some cases, the extra stat bonus is more beneficial than the special ability from having 4 of the same enchantment. For example, Hard Rock is not recommended due to its low chance of triggering and small amount that it heals.

General Recommendations[]

The table below shows what enchants are most commonly used based on the hero's role.

Role Enchant Alternatives
Tanks Steel Full Moon or Tree of Life for conversion tanks (e.g. Grenier, Vargas)
Healers Crystal
Mages Breeze Clock for AoE specialists
Attackers Breeze
Assassins Breeze

Note that there are specific heroes who will benefit more from specific enhantments outside their general role due to their specific skills and talents. For example, Shelfaniel is a Mage and AoE specialist, but her Talent and 3c Skill have built-in cooldown reductions so a Clock enchant will not be as useful on her.

Maximums[]

In addition to the bonuses mentioned above, each time you enchant a piece of equipment, it gains random percentage and/or flat bonuses to 1-3 random stats. The maximum possible percentages and flat stats for each type of equipment are shown below.

Equipment Type Icon HP HP Icon Attack ATK Icon Intelligence INT Icon Defense DEF Icon MagicDefense MDEF Icon CriticalRate Crit

Chances[]

The tables below show the ranges and probabilities for getting different enchant values depending on the type of equipment and rarity of the enchantment scroll used. In short, SSR scrolls have a 5% chance and SR scrolls have a 2% chance of getting stat boosts within the highest range.
