Ledin is the young prince of Castle Baldea and a descendant of Lewin. He flees from the surrounded castle before it falls to Kaiser Digos of the Dalsis Empire.

Story[]

Acting on the last order of King Illzach, he heads to Salrath to seek reinforcements from Hawking. Along the way he meets his future queen, Chris, and rescues her from a group of Shika tribesmen.

After teaming up with Hawking and his men, Ledin marches on Castle Baldea to reclaim his kingdom. From there, he leads a campaign across the country that eventually brings down Kaiser Digos. However, the energy of their battle breaks the imperfect seal on Langrisser and unleashes Bozel and his dark minions on El Sallia again.

Endings[]

After defeating Bozel and assuming the throne of Baldea, Ledin has Langrisser resealed. He leads the Baldean troops to crush competing kingdoms and unifies the continent.

When the wars end, he marries Chris and has a son, after which peace reigns for 100 years.

During the time of the seconds war of the swords, some legends speak of Ledin being reincarnated as a shadow by Lushiris to admonish Erwin, his descendant who has forsaken the lineage of light to free humankind of the manipulations of heaven.
