Character Introduction[edit | edit source]

Once the Commander of the Vanguard Legion Ilucia, was appointed Regent of Caconsis, her main duties being to protect the peace of the kingdom and assist the royal children, Melania and Oliver.

The prosperity of a country cannot be separated from the struggle of the people. Protecting both of these things... This is my duty in life.

After being forced into battle, the enemy's terrain is treated as Water for 2 turns. If the enemy is already in Water, there is a 30% chance that the enemy will be unable to take action for 1 turn.
5-Star When in water, this unit takes 16% reduced physical damage and does not die when taking fatal damage, recovering 16% HP instead. This effect only triggers 1 time per battle. After being forced into battle, the enemy's terrain is treated as Water for 2 turns. If the enemy is already in Water, there is a 40% chance that the enemy will be unable to take action for 1 turn.
