Mega Drive
Secret Shop
While in the scenario setup menu, press A, B, A, B, ↑, ↓, ←, →, Start, B. You will hear a sound effect if successful. The item shop will now have most of the items in the game available to purchase.
Super Secret Shop
While in the scenario setup menu, press B, Start, →, ←, ↓, ↑, B, A, B, A, ↑, ↓, ←, →, Start. You will hear an explosion sound effect if successful. The item shop will now have __all__ the items in the game available to purchase.
Scenario Select
At the save loading screen, highlight any scenario save and press ←, →, Start, C. You can now select __any__ scenario in the game to play using the data of the selected save.
Sound Test
Move the cursor to the (2,2) position(upper left corner is 1,1 as reference) in any battle map then press and hold B for more than 2 seconds. You can now select any BGM or sound effect and play it using ↑ and ↓ and confirming with C, press B to cancel.
Debug Mode
Highlight an empty square on the map and press ↑, ←, ↑, →, A, ←, ↓, B, ↓, →, A, B, ↓, →, A. Now you can: control any unit on the map(even enemies and NPCs), perform infinite actions within the same turn and cast any spell/summon in the game with infinite MP(only if the magic/summon command was already available to that character). You can't make enemies attack each other, though.
Slow Motion Mode
Highlight an empty square on the map and press ↑, ↓, ←, →, A, B, C, B, A(press and hold for 1 second then release), ↑, ←, B, B. Now you can make the cursor move slowly using A+any direction. To exit this mode, press quickly B, B. The real function of this code is unknown.
Special Title Screen
Press and keep holding → + ↓ + B just before you reach the title screen, if successful Adon and Samson will appear posing.
Super Famicom
Secret Shop
Highlight the word "Buy" in the shop menu and press ←, →, →, ↓, →, ↑, A. The item shop will now have most of the items in the game available to purchase.
Super Secret Shop
Highlight the word "Buy" in the shop menu and press ←, ↑, →, ↓, →, ↑, ←, Select, ↓, →, ←, Select, A. The item shop will now have all the items in the game available to purchase.
Scenario Select
At the data loading screen, highlight any scenario save and press ↑, ↓, ↑, ↓, ←, →, Select, A. You can now select any scenario in the game to play using the data of the selected save.
Sound Test & Battle Test
At the data loading screen, press ←, →, Select, A. You can now play every BGM and sound effect in the game. In addition, you will have access to a battle test where you can put any unit type in the game against each other choosing the terrain.

Secret Campaign
Once you clear the game wait until the final end credits screen(the one with Elwin and the message: The holy wars waiting for the morning sun) then press SELECT+RUN to soft reset the game. When you return to the title screen put the cursor on START then press V, III, VI, IV, ←, →, I. If successful Lushiris will say メサイヤの世界へようこそっス and you will play a 6 scenario joke campaign.
Bonus Scenario
First you need a scenario save from the Secret Campaign, then you must use the Scenario Select code on that save and select stage 85. In this bonus scenario you control both Lushiris and Chaos armies while you must keep Erwin as NPC alive.
