Biography[]
Liana is a Descendant of Light and Priestess of Light living in Salrath. She is the younger twin sister of Lana, who was taken at a young age to serve under the Dark Prince Boser. Liana is a kindhearted young woman who fully commits herself to aiding those around her. Though reserved in nature, she resists injustice and shows great ambition to create a world free of conflict. Lana considers her to be a bit simple at times, but her heart is always in the right place.
Story[]
Liana lived peacefully in the outskirts of her village until troops from the formidable Rayguard Empire arrive in Salrath. In order to deepen the influence of the empire, General Leon of the Blue Dragon Knights intends to use Liana's abilities as a Priestess of Light to unseal the power of Alhazard. Overhearing the commotion, Elwin, a wandering swordsman, and Hein, Liana's childhood friend, rush to intervene. With the help of Salrath's Duke Loren and his son, Scott, Liana and her companions successfully escape the empire.
The group takes Liana to the Great Temple of Light in Estol, believing the local warrior monks could ensure her safety. However, the Temple of Light soon comes under attack by Rayguard's forces, the Blazing Dragon Army and Black Dragon Sorcerers. Realizing Liana will be in jeopardy regardless of her location, Elwin allows her to accompany him along his journey.
