Biography

Vargas is the General of the Rayguard Empire's Blazing Dragon Army. As his appearance would suggest, his greatest asset is his strength. Because of his raw skill and stubborn determination, Vargas is commonly known as the Beast General.

Story

Elwin first encounters Vargas while the Blazing Dragon Army is attacking Kalxath Castle.
