Biography
Baldo is a foul-mouthed commander serving under General Leon of the Blue Dragon Knights.
Story
Elwin and Hein encounter Baldo while the Blue Dragon Knights are attempting to kidnap Liana from her village in Salrath. He is disobedient and follows his own rules, continuing to harass villagers and handling Liana roughly even when ordered to stop.
